Pre-purchase expectations matched well with the sales experience
Before purchasing the software package, I had fairly straightforward expectations based mostly on what I read on the website and initial demo calls. After going through the sign-up process and exploring the onboarding flow, I was relieved to find that the software functioned largely as I expected. The sales team’s explanation about automatic updates and database features was precise, which helped set clear expectations. There weren’t any surprises in the invoicing or payment steps, which I appreciated because it’s often where things get complicated. The dialing tools and telephonic support also aligned with what I had been told upfront. While I might have hoped the onboarding training was slightly more detailed, overall, the transparency during pre-purchase gave me a clear picture of what I was signing up for.
