pre-purchase demos left me more confused
I started by browsing the website, interested mainly in the calling tools and how the dialer integrated with the database feature. The signup process was typical, and I looked forward to testing the onboarding flow and training options. However, from the first call to customer sales, the explanations felt rushed and incomplete. The promises made seemed vague, and despite my many questions about features and updates, definitive answers were scarce. The invoicing system looked decent online, but I hadn't reached that step by then. The sales reps pushed the software’s strengths but skated around my concerns about tech support and the setup time. I wanted a clear outline of the training schedule, especially how much of it was one-off versus ongoing, but I was left wanting. Sadly, this caused me to lose confidence over time. The sales pitch felt too generic and didn’t address my specific use case, making me unsure if I should commit. Overall, the process felt disorganized, without enough transparency or patience to guide a cautious buyer. I ended up not feeling confident at all that this was the right fit based on that initial interaction, so I gave a very poor rating. Needless to say, if the sales process itself isn’t reassuring, it’s hard to trust the rest.
