Pre-purchase clarity was mostly good but I had to figure some details
The sales and pre-purchase experience involved a clear explanation of the main software features and access options, which helped me understand what I was getting. However, I found that some specifics about ongoing updates and calling tools were left for me to discover during training rather than being fully detailed upfront. The sign-up and invoicing process was smooth, with digital forms and prompt invoice delivery improving transparency. I appreciated the basic training provided, but much of the practical use of the dialer and database had to be learned through trial and error. The telephonic support was reachable and polite but didn't always offer detailed solutions for new users, so I had to rely on documentation too. Overall, the parts about initial access and invoicing went well, but I had to work out several finer points myself during onboarding. This feature was positive, though a bit of extra upfront detail could have helped new customers avoid early confusion.
