Unfortunately, my experience before purchasing WFHI was quite frustrating. From the start, I was left to figure out a lot on my own, and that created an initial air of uncertainty. The sales process didn't provide much in the way of clear guidance or detailed explanations, which made it hard for me to know if the software would meet my specific needs. I had hoped for some pre-purchase support or more structured information on how to utilize the available features effectively, but it just wasn’t there. I had to sift through the website and various materials to try and piece everything together. The result was a sense of hesitation leading up to my decision to buy. Afterward, I could see some potential in the product itself, but the way the information was presented prior really needed improvement. It almost made me reconsider my choice. I wanted to feel confident and informed before committing, but that clarity was missing.
