Pre-purchase clarity was good but some details needed figuring out

Before purchasing WFHI software and training, I found that some of the sales information was clear, but I still had to work out quite a few details on my own. The sales team provided basic outlines about the software's features, and I appreciated the effort to explain the core services. However, when it came to the finer points — like how automatic updates or the invoicing system would fit into my workflow — it wasn’t always straightforward. I spent extra time exploring user guides and FAQs to understand how the calling tools and database features actually worked in practice. On the plus side, the telephonic support was available if I needed quick help, making a positive difference. The sign-up and payment stages went smoothly once I started, though I think clearer upfront communication about invoicing timelines and priority assistance options would benefit future customers. So, overall, the sales process was decent but left room for improvements in completeness and detail. I’m optimistic that with enhanced documentation and clearer explanations pre-purchase, new users won’t have to figure out as much themselves. This would make adopting the software and training feel less daunting and more accessible right from the start.
