I don’t expect to need heavy help again for basic setup – that moment really clicked thanks to their guidance. The invoicing process was explained well too, so I’m optimistic about managing payments without confusion. If I do run into issues, I’m glad there’s telephonic support ready to assist. Overall, the helpfulness on the sales call itself was the highlight for me, and I’d definitely use that channel again when considering upgrades or new options.
