Poorly ordered payment steps ruined the experience
I expected a straightforward, logical sequence in the billing and payment process, but WFHI did not meet those expectations at all. The steps were mixed up, making it hard to follow what needed to be done first. Usually, signing up and receiving invoicing happen smoothly, but here it seemed like those phases overlapped awkwardly. The invoicing came late after I had already tried paying, which caused unnecessary confusion for me. Support was there but couldn’t provide clear guidance about the payment timeline or the next steps, which added to the frustration. I even compared this with other services I’ve used, and WFHI's process was noticeably less well-organized. It felt like they could have saved users a lot of hassle by simplifying the sequence and helping with clearer communication. Although the actual software and other features seemed fine, the poor handling of billing steps created a bad impression from the start. Such things matter because they set the tone for the whole experience and unfortunately, for me, this was a deal breaker. I definitely would not say the payment process was user-friendly or intuitive with WFHI.
