Training session start mein thoda confusing tha, jab setup ke dauraan kuch features properly kaam nahi kar rahe the toh mujhe thoda struggle karna pada. Lekin jo telephonic support thi, usne mujhe timely help di, even though response thoda slow tha kabhi kabhi. Onboarding complete karne mein samay toh laga, par software ka dialer aur database feature jaise essential tools finally use kar paaya. Jo cheez achhi lagi wo thi ki software ne apne automatic updates sahi time par implement kiye, jisse naye changes aate rahe bina mujhe manual intervention ke. Overall, poora process thoda thoda frustrating tha par end mein satisfactory tha, itna kahunga ki improvement ki jagah hai, par main impressed bhi hoon ki itna system thik se chal raha hai.
