Jo sabse gimmick wala moment tha jab main telephonic support se contact kari, wo clear nahi kar paaye ki exact kaunse features mera workflow ke liye best rahenge. Training ki baat less clear rahi aur mujhe laga jaise hamesha koi na koi chhupi hui baat ho jo mujhe bataya nahi gaya. Lekin software ki basic functionalities thodi thik thi aur database management feature ko main use kar sakti thi, ye toh sahi tha. Fir bhi poore process ke beech mein thoda confusion raha, aur system ki updates ka impact bhi mujhe samajh nahi aaya. Overall feeling ye thi ki zyada clear guidance aur confident approach ki kami thi, jo thoda disappointing thi.
