Sochta hoon ki jab pura software aur training ka setup complete kiya, toh lagta hai ki yeh process zyada tar ek-time ka tha, regular basis pe zyada updates ya maintenances ki zarurat nahi padi. Lekin phir bhi jab calling tools aur dialer use karne laga, toh software mein kuch baar glitches aaye jo mujhe manually fix karna pada. Support se contact karne ki koshish ki, par zyada useful nahi mila, bas ek baar ki guidance thi. Training aur onboarding process bhi thoda lamba lagta tha, jis se motivation thoda kam hua. Database feature kaafi useful tha, lekin uska integration thoda complex tha, jo shayad ek baar samajh lene par theek ho jata hai. Mujhe lagta hai ki yeh pura experience ek phrase mein kahe toh 'mixed feelings' hai, jahan thodi frustration aur thodi satisfaction dono hai. Overall setup smooth nahi tha, aur ongoing support bhi limited tha.
