Poor sequencing of essential pre-purchase steps
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase process was mostly disappointing, primarily because the steps did not follow a logical or user-friendly order. Although the sign-up itself was relatively smooth, the way the invoicing and payment details were presented seemed confusing and abrupt, leaving me unsure whether I had completed what was required. There was a noticeable lack of clear communication about the training modules included, which made me hesitant during the early stages. The database feature and calling tools were briefly mentioned but without sufficient explanation on how these would fit into my workflow, which I found unhelpful. One thing that did work reasonably was the initial access to the software after payment confirmation, which was timely and functional. Overall, what I experienced diverged from what I expected based on descriptions before purchase, and the sequence of actions felt disjointed rather than well-planned. I believe some reordering and more clarity would improve the entire onboarding experience tremendously.
