Pleasantly surprised with how straightforward onboarding was
I must say I started this service feeling a bit overwhelmed, unsure where to find the needed tools or training modules within WFHI’s system. However, the ease with which I located relevant materials was surprising and saved me a lot of time. The onboarding steps were well structured, making navigation quite intuitive despite the complexity of remote workflow management. Still, I found that some sections lack the detail I expected considering the initial impression. Despite that, the overall experience was quite positive and made me feel supported from the start. The database and calling tools integrated seamlessly once activated, which added to my confidence. Telephonic support was accessible and responded efficiently when called. This balance of independence and guidance helped a smooth transition without constant handholding. I appreciate a system that lets me discover at my own pace yet provides ample assistance when required.
