Plainly put, the wording was uneven

In the sales and pre-purchase phase with WFHI, I encountered some confusion caused by inconsistent labels and unclear wording on the site and in communications. While most of the core information made sense and was logically arranged, a few terms used in menus and descriptions seemed vague or overly technical without explanation, which caused hesitation. For example, some features were titled with jargon that I wasn’t initially familiar with, making it harder to fully understand what I was signing up for. The sign-up and invoicing process itself was straightforward once I managed to navigate through. Payment steps were clear but the invoice generated had some ambiguous terms that I needed to revisit. The warm tone of the sales team was reassuring but I think the overall wording could be simplified to aid clarity. This mixture of helpful interactions balanced with some labeling confusion gives me a neutral impression of the sales experience.
