Plainly put, it didn’t all add up well
Looking at the sales and pre-purchase stage, I must say the way the features and offerings were described did not always make much sense to me. Some of the wording felt vague, with labels that seemed either too technical or too generic without clear explanation. For instance, it wasn’t easy to determine exactly what certain software modules would do for my workflow, or how the automatic updates impacted performance in practice. The databases and calling tools sounded promising in theory but their descriptions were sometimes inconsistent between the website and the training materials. On a positive note, the sign-up and payment process were well organized and transparent; I did appreciate the clarity there. Yet, this was overshadowed by the initial confusion around product capabilities that made me hesitate before deciding. So overall, I would say that the communication around sales and onboarding didn’t quite justify a confident choice straight away. They might want to revisit the terminology and explain the user benefits more plainly.
