Plain verdict: Training explanations were confusing

I found the training and onboarding process to be quite frustrating as many things were not explained clearly. You often left me guessing how to use features like the dialer or the database, which made the whole experience unnecessarily difficult. The instructions were sometimes vague or incomplete, and I struggled to know the correct sequence to follow. Even after multiple attempts, I wasn’t sure if I had set up workflows correctly because the explanations lacked clarity and detail. When reaching out for telephonic support, I expected more patience and better guidance, but the responses were often rushed or unhelpful. The automatic updates also introduced new interface changes without adequate notification or explanation, adding to the confusion. Additionally, the sign-up and payment processes felt complicated rather than straightforward, and the invoicing information was not intuitive to access. Over all, this made me feel that the company did not put enough effort into making training accessible and effective for new users like me. I wanted to get started smoothly but this process was full of obstacles you could easily have avoided. I really hoped for clearer guidance throughout.
