Plain verdict: Support wasn’t reliable beyond day one
From the first day, I tried contacting support to get answers about some software bugs and the way the dialer functioned with my database. Initially, I thought maybe it was just a one-off slow response, but over the next few days, the experience did not improve. The people on the phone often took a long time to answer, or ended the call without resolving my issue. When I asked for detailed help or specific instructions, their responses were either vague or incomplete. Even after multiple follow-ups, I didn’t get consistent guidance or clarity on how to fix persistent problems. The effect was that my daily workflow was disrupted, and I had to spend time figuring things out alone without real support. On the positive side, signing up and making invoices seemed organized, but that didn’t help with the ongoing problems. The training materials were not enough either to solve the issues I was facing, and no meaningful progress was made despite repeated attempts. Simply put, the support service was unreliable and made my experience frustrating.
