Plain Verdict: Confusing Labels Undermine Early Interest
I found the wording and labels during the sales pitch and early training to be somewhat baffling. The terminology used in the software menus and signup instructions didn’t always line up intuitively with what I expected given the product’s advertised functions related to call management and database use. For example, some key features were called by names that made me hesitate and check twice if I understood their purpose correctly. That added unnecessary complexity to getting started. On the plus side, once I pushed past that initial hurdle and the payment process began, the invoicing was straightforward and easy to follow. However, the unclear wording in the beginning undoubtedly clouded my judgement and delayed my full engagement with the product. If the labels and explanations were clearer and more user-focused, I believe the entire pre-purchase experience would feel much more accessible and less intimidating. Simply put, confusing wording really dampened my early enthusiasm and my decision to proceed was cautious as a result.
