Plain feedback on sales process clarity
The sales process I experienced was not very clear to me. Information provided about the software features came across as brief and to the point but without much elaboration. I was expecting a more thorough explanation of what exactly the software would do and how it integrates into remote workflows. The details about the training and ongoing support were not conveyed well, leading to some confusion on my part. Communication was matter-of-fact, with no real effort to break down technical terms for a non-expert. The onboarding steps were described in simple terms, but there wasn’t a lot of depth or opportunity to ask follow-up questions during the initial discussions. Overall, I would say the sales phase delivered minimal necessary facts but missed the chance to make things fully clear for a potential user. It lacked the depth I would have preferred to assess the product confidently. Given these points, my verdict is that the clarity of sales information was insufficient, which might not suit everyone but does reflect the straightforward nature of their communication.
