Ek baar solution mili thi mere basic query ke liye, wo theek tha, lekin dobaara jab problem aayi toh unhone mere messages ignore kiye. Main clear expect karti thi timely aur professional communication, lekin woh missing nikla. Agar mujhe future me support chahiye hoga, toh definitely hesitate karungi approach karne me. Overall communication experience disappoint karne wala tha aur help lene ki tayari kam ho gayi hai mere andar.
