Perfect if you like no-nonsense onboarding
I found the training and onboarding provided by WorkFromHomeIndia straightforward and pretty much what I expected ahead of time. It got me familiar with the software basics smoothly. However, the pace was quite brisk, so if you prefer slower or more detailed sessions, this might not be ideal. The signup and initial database setup were manageable without too many surprises. What worked well was the hands-on style during training that gave a quick sense of the dialer and calling tools. Still, I did feel they could have touched a bit more on the auto-update features during onboarding, as I had to figure some of that out later myself. Overall, the process suits anyone who learns quickly and wants to dive in fast but may leave those wanting a gentler, more guided introduction slightly strained. For someone who just wants to get started and is comfortable experimenting, it’s pretty good. But if you need extra hand-holding, this might not match your needs perfectly.
