perfect for people with flexible hours, not for 9to5 strict
Honestly, I found wfhi really great for my actual working hours which are pretty flexible. The whole onboarding was chill and the training fit nicely into my uneven schedule without causing stress. The dialer tool worked well whenever I needed it, no annoying waiting times or slow updates. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, which is a relief when you’re not always on a strict 9to5 clock trying to manage everything. Automatic updates never interrupted my work, which I really appreciated. However, if someone works strict office hours and expects everything in a rigid schedule, this might not be the best fit because it’s more geared for people who can manage remote workflows with some flexibility. Telephonic support was friendly and helpful when I did reach out, but I mostly figured things out myself using the training provided. So yeah, I’d say this is a solid choice if you need something that adapts around your hours, rather than the other way around. Not really for those who want very predictable and fixed timings.
