Perfect for beginners who want clear onboarding
The onboarding and training were surprisingly clear and straightforward. I particularly liked how each step was explained in simple terms, and the software navigation was demonstrated without any jargon. For someone who isn’t very tech-savvy, it was a relief to see that the training didn’t rush through things but rather took its time. The dialer and calling tools were introduced in an intuitive way that made me confident to start using them quickly. This training would suit anyone new to remote workflows or who prefers learning with clear instructions and examples. On the other hand, if you're already experienced with such software and want a deep dive into advanced features, you might find it a bit basic. Still, the smooth onboarding experience was a big plus for me and got me set up pretty efficiently.
