People were responsive sometimes, other times it was slow
I had mixed experiences when it came to the responsiveness of the people behind the software support. For one particular moment, I had an urgent question about the invoice processing and called the telephonic support. The person on the line was quick and clear in their explanation, which I appreciated. Other than that, whenever I had to reach out for training adjustments or questions about automatic updates, the responses were slower and less detailed. It wasn’t consistent, which made it hard to rely on instant help. Software-wise, I didn’t face huge problems after the onboarding, though setting up the database took more effort and I wasn’t sure if I was using all the features correctly without frequent consultation. The sign-up and payment process went as expected without issues. To a friend, I’d sum it up as: “Sometimes very helpful, sometimes you wait and wonder if they got your message.” That reliability balance is key when managing remote workflows efficiently.
