People were responsive, could use more features
Throughout my usage of the software and platform, I found the support staff to be pretty responsive whenever I needed to get in touch. They never made me wait long on calls, and when I asked about database integration, they were fairly quick in providing straightforward answers. The access to the software itself was smooth from sign-up to regular updates; there were no sudden downtimes or weird glitches. However, compared to some other remote workflow tools I've tried in the past, I felt there were a few areas the platform could improve. For instance, the calling tools and dialer worked fine, but some additional customization in call scripts or analytics would have been nice. Also, the interface while usable felt a bit barebones in certain sections like the dashboard and invoicing. These things didn't spoil the experience but are features I noticed missing. If those could be added, it would make it more competitive. Regardless, the current functionality plus the responsive support makes it solid for day-to-day remote work management.
