Payment system was the real standout, mostly positive but some hassles
From the start, the daily usage of the billing and payments portion of WFHI’s software proved to be mostly straightforward but not without some quirks. The sign-up and invoicing were completed without major issues, and the process seemed clear overall. However, there were times when I noticed the interface behind payment processing lagged or took extra steps that felt unnecessary, which was frustrating when I expected things to be smoother. On the other hand, the automatic updates rolled out without disturbing the user experience, which was a definite relief. Support by phone was helpful but not exceptional, just enough to get through occasional confusions quickly. What really stood out was how consistently the software maintained accurate invoicing and the ability to track payments clearly, which is crucial in daily use. So while I had some minor grumbles about delays in interface response, the overall reliability of billing management made it easy enough to keep going day after day. For the price and feature set, it delivered well outside those sporadic glitches that I noticed. It’s not perfect but good enough for routine use, and that’s what I was after.
