Payment system surprised me with how rigid it was
Compared to other billing and payment processes I have used, WFHI’s invoicing and payment system felt unusually rigid. I expected more flexibility in payment options and timing, but the process was quite fixed and required very specific steps to complete. The invoices came on time and were clear, which was the one positive aspect. Still, the sign-up and payment flow didn’t allow for easy adjustments or delays. Support was reachable, but their help on payment issues was limited and they directed me toward following the standard procedure. This experience was quite unlike more accommodating systems I have encountered elsewhere.
