Payment process was more confusing than it had to be
When I wanted to pay for the WFHI software, the sequence of steps just didn’t feel logical. At one point, I was asked to verify details that I thought should have been handled after payment, not before, which threw me off. The invoices appeared later than I expected, and I had to reach out to support multiple times to be sure what was pending. On the positive side, the payment gateway itself was straightforward enough to use once I got that far. Still, the ordering of tasks around billing seemed mixed up, and the communication about when and how payments were processed was vague overall. It took more effort than I anticipated to get everything squared away, and I’d describe the experience to friends as unnecessarily complicated and somewhat frustrating even though the payment mechanics themselves functioned adequately.
