Payment process took me time to figure out
The billing and payment process for WFHI software required more effort on my part than I initially expected. When I signed up, the sign-up and invoicing system was clear enough at first glance, but as I started making payments and reconciling invoices, I realized I had to figure out some details by myself. There were automatic updates about charges and renewals, but the way those updates were communicated sometimes lacked clarity. I had to spend time examining invoices and cross-checking amounts with what I had on record. It wasn’t entirely obvious how to handle queries about billing without contacting support, and some of the instructions felt a bit implicit rather than explicit. Even the setting up of payment methods involved a few back-and-forths before everything processed smoothly. That said, once I understood the system more fully, payments became straightforward. I’m still not 100 percent certain about some minor parts, like how prorated charges are calculated, but overall the process works. The time it took to figure all this out could have been shorter with more detailed onboarding about billing, but I am managing now and feel better prepared for future payments.
