Invoice generate karna easy tha, par kabhi kabhi payment options samajhne mein thoda confusion hua. Support team se mainne baar-baar baat ki, toh unka response theek tha par har baar detailed explain nahi mila. Yeh thoda surprise ki baat thi kyunki mainne pehle se expect kiya tha ki billing straightforward hoga. Lekin baad mein jab maine software ko zyada use karna start kiya toh samajh aaya ki system flexible hai aur automatic updates se cheezein thik ho rahi hain, toh woh part acha laga mujhe.
