Yeh payment aur billing process mujhe bilkul pasand nahi aaya. It was confusing from start to finish with unclear invoices and updates. Automatic updates ne zyada fark nahi dala. Support se ek baar baat ki thi, par usme bhi koi clear guidance nahi mili. Mujhe lagta hai main jab bhi next time payment karunga, again kisi ki madad lena padega kyunki system straightforward nahi hai. Overall, ye process time wasting tha aur mujhe bohot pareshaani hui iske saath. Agar main apne doston ko bataun toh main kahunga ki payment ki chizein khud samajhna mushkil hai aur support bhi utna helpful nahi tha jitna mera expectation tha.
