Pehle mujhe invoice generate karna tha, phir payment details dalni thi, lekin system mujhe pehle payment karne ko bol raha tha jabki invoice appear nahi hua tha. Thoda confusing moment tha jab mujhe samajh nahi aaya ki pehle kya karna hai. Baaki poora process vague tha, kai baar system freeze bhi hua during payment confirmation. Support se baat karne ki koshish ki lekin call connect hone mein bhi problem ayi. Overall, mujhe laga ki payment and invoicing ka flow sensible order mein nahi tha jo frustration create karta hai.
