Initially toh mujhe laga ki payment ka process thoda complicated ho sakta hai, par honestly customer support bohot fast response kar rahi thi for my billing queries. Har time jab maine invoice ya transaction ke baare me pucha, turant reply aata tha jo kaafi reassuring tha. Payment ka feel thoda nervy hota hai jab naye software join karte hain, but yeh responsiveness ne thoda relax kiya. Mujhe thoda unsure thi ki baar baar follow-up karna padega ya nahi, par sab smooth nikla. Bas ek choti si delay thi jab mera invoice thoda late generate hua, lekin uske baad sab sahi se set ho gaya. Overall, yeh aspect mujhe acha laga kyunki mujhe lagta hai responses jitne efficient rahenge, utna hi trust banega customer ka.
