Payment process clear but not super-friendly for newbies
Hey, so I wanted to share my thoughts on how the billing and payment stuff went because I guess it might help you decide if you want to use this. The invoicing system is fine, it sends reminders and the invoices look okay with all the necessary details. The sign-up and payment process itself wasn't hard to figure out, but if you’ve never done this kind of thing online before, it could take you a few tries to get everything right. I wouldn’t say it’s super easy or super complicated though, just somewhere in the middle. I think if you usually handle payments yourself and pay close attention to details, you’ll manage well. But if you need more guidance or if it’s your first time using software like this, you might want to be ready to ask for help. On the plus side, their support was responsive when I called, which was reassuring. So basically, I’d say this setup suits people who are comfortable with standard payment systems, but newbies might find it a bit challenging without some extra help.
