Payment aur billing info kaafi missing thi, was confused
Mujhe billing aur payment details dhundhne me bahut problem hui. Jo online portal diya hai, usme clear breakdown ya transaction history nahi mili jo meri zarurat ke hisaab se useful thi. Invoice ka format bhi basic tha, koi detailed explanation nahi thi ki charges kis service ke liye hain. Payment confirmation emails aate the par unme bhi koi detailed info nahi thi, just amount and date likha tha. Customer support ko call kiya toh unhone general info di, par ek dum se clear nahi hua ki mera paise kahan gaya ya kaunse service ke liye deducted hua. Jo expected tha ki main easily apne account me saare transactions track kar sakun, wo possible nahi tha. Kabhi kabhi portal pe pricing plans bhi confuse karta raha. Overall itna basic billing aur payment info diya gaya jo mere liye kaafi disappointing tha. Main soch raha tha ki modern software hoga, par yeh aspect mushkil ho gaya. Agar payment aur invoicing system transparent hota toh better hota, abhi mujhe lagta hai thoda aur kaam karna chahiye is area me.
