Painful delays and too much repetition
From the very beginning, the sales process felt unnecessarily long and repetitive. I spent several days waiting for basic clarifications, and every time I called, it seemed like I was explaining my requirements all over again. The strong point was that eventually I got a detailed overview of their software capabilities, but that small concession didn’t make up for the prolonged back and forth. The sign-up itself involved multiple form submissions, and the waiting time for confirmation sometimes stretched from hours to even a day. What frustrated me most was the lack of clear communication about the next steps after payment, which made me wonder if things were moving at all. I was hopeful the training would improve the experience, but initial sessions were also impacted by similar delays. All in all, I feel the pre-purchase part needs a serious rethink to avoid this kind of tedious waiting and repetition.
