Overall training was helpful, but sometimes tricky to navigate
In general, I found the training offered by WFHI to be quite useful and I was able to get a decent understanding of how their software works. The onboarding flow, instructions for the dialer, and database features were mostly in the expected places, which helped me get started pretty quickly. However, I did find that sometimes locating specific topics or detailed explanations within the training materials was a bit tricky. It wasn’t always obvious where I should look next. Despite that, the overall vibe was positive since the training content was easy to follow once I found the right section. I think I’d describe the experience to a friend by saying it’s like having a mostly clear roadmap, with the occasional detour that requires extra effort. So if you’re comfortable exploring and searching around on your own, this training can definitely work well. But if you want everything super neatly organized and right at your fingertips, it might feel a little uneven. Still, it’s a fair trade-off for the value it delivers, especially if you want practical help getting acquainted with remote work software.
