Overall training experience tha thoda better than expectation
Mujhe initially thoda darr tha ki training complicated hoga aur continuous help ki zarurat padegi, par actual mein pura process zyada hassle nahi tha. Onboarding flow smooth raha aur jab bhi mujhe dialer ya software ke kisi feature mein problem ayi, toh support team available thi, jo kaafi refreshing thi. Main expect kar rahi thi ki baar-baar confusion hoga, lekin in cheezon ke bawajood, mujhe kam se kam help milti rahi aur baar-baar support call karna nahi pada. Jo bhi main seekh rahi thi, woh bade systematically aaya aur mujhe laga ki next time main training situation mein zyada self-reliant rahungi. Matlab, poora experience thoda hassle-free aur confident banane wala tha.
