overall thoda disappointing experience
Mujhe lagta hai ki pura process thoda confusing tha, sign up se leke training tak. Support jo mila, wo mostly slow tha aur jawaab bhi kabhi kabhi delay ho jata tha. Dialer aur database ke features samajhne mein bhi dikkat hui, kyunki proper explanatory training nahi mili thi wo software ka. Invoices milne mein bhi time lag gaya aur automatic updates ne kabhi kabhi kuch settings ko disrupt kar diya, jo thoda frustrating tha. Main yeh nahi kahunga ki sab kuch badhiya tha, par at least payment aur billing process theek tha. Overall thoda disappointing tha sab experience.
