Overall thi thodi mixed feeling, not bad but not perfect either
The sales team was somewhat responsive but laga thoda slow tha kabhi kabhi jab main questions puchti thi, especially jab more details chahiye hoti onboarding ke process ke baare mein. Training shuru karne se pehle mujhe lag raha tha ki zyada help milegi, par baad mein jab software use karna start kiya toh kuch helpful features mujhe mile. Although, clarity on certain tools thar nahi jo immediately samajh aaye. I guess overall it felt like a reasonable effort but thoda inconsistent tha response time mein. When I think about the overall experience, main sochti hoon ki it was okay but thoda aur promptness honi chahiye thi for the initial queries.
