Compared to other platforms I've used before, the training here was surprisingly straightforward and practical, without unnecessary distractions. It didn’t overwhelm with jargon or excessive detail, but rather focused on core functionalities pertinent to remote workflows. The way the dialer and database features were introduced felt intuitive, requiring less time to acclimate. Though I wouldn't say it was revolutionary, the training did feel smooth and manageable, making the whole onboarding process less stressful than I anticipated. It was an easygoing kind of experience, which did help me settle in quickly.
