Overall, the setup process felt like an unexpectedly smooth launch
From the initial sales discussions through to the final onboarding stages, the entire setup experience was notably efficient and well-structured. I was initially concerned that much of the setup might require repeated effort or ongoing manual adjustments but it turned out that most of the configuration was indeed a one-off task. This included importing my key database contacts and configuring dialer settings, which once completed, streamlined future processes immensely. The training offered was comprehensive enough to cover both the software functions and the best practices for managing remote workflows, reducing the need for frequent technical check-ins. Payment and invoicing procedures were likewise transparent, with automatic updates ensuring I was always current on any changes to features or pricing. I only wished that the initial introduction to product options during pre-purchase was a little more detailed, as it would have made me feel even more confident from the start. Despite this, the onboarding sequence quickly gained momentum, and the systematic approach helped to reduce uncertainty. The sales phase, although formal, did convey sufficient clarity about the ongoing benefits. In summary, the entire process gave me a sense of confidence that the software would support my workflows effectively without cumbersome recurring hurdles or confusing updates.
