Overall, the process felt slower than expected
Signing up and getting started with the WorkFromHomeIndia software took longer than I initially thought it would. The interface for registering and paying wasn’t confusing exactly, but it did feel like an extra step here and there, and I had to wait a while before I was able to fully get going with training and access to the calling tools. The telephonic support was generally polite, but it took some back and forth on calls and emails before my questions about the database feature and update schedule were adequately addressed. While the training material was fairly comprehensive once available, the onboarding period dragged out enough that I felt a bit of friction at the beginning. I mean, it wasn’t terrible or impossible, and I guess the system does update automatically, which is a positive. But it still felt like the whole setup felt a bit clunky and slow if you’re eager to jump straight into using the software. So while there are some good parts, weighing up how long it took really colors the experience overall as a bit frustrating.
