Overall, the onboarding and sales process required a lot of self-effort
Looking back on my experience with the sales and pre-purchase phase, I would say it was quite disappointing that I had to figure out most details on my own. The initial sign-up looked straightforward, but once inside the software, many features were not well labeled or explained, leaving me confused about how to proceed without additional external research. The training modules that should have guided me were fairly generic and lacked the depth I needed to fully understand how to use calling tools and manage databases effectively. Support was available, but I found their explanations often required me to have prior knowledge to benefit from them. Automatic updates sometimes changed the interface slightly without clear notification, which slowed me down as I had to relearn certain parts. When it came to invoicing and payment, the details were minimal, and I wasn’t quite sure about some line items without asking around. While the product itself has potential, my experience was that the overall process demanded more self-driven effort than I had expected, which may not suit everyone.
