Overall support met my expectations
Reflecting on my time using WFHI, I can confidently say that the support I received largely matched my initial expectations. Right from the start, they seemed eager to assist and were quite available to answer my questions. Each time I reached out, they took the time to understand my concerns. However, I did encounter moments where the quality of responses varied. Some were comprehensive and helpful, while others felt a bit generic. It left me wanting more tailored answers at times. Still, their willingness to help stood out to me, especially when I had urgent inquiries. I was expecting long wait times based on prior experiences, but they were mostly prompt with their replies. Balancing the good and not-so-good moments, I can say their overall support system was fairly reliable, just not consistently exceptional. I appreciated the transparency in their communication and felt assured that I could count on them when needed. A few tweaks in how they address diverse queries could elevate their service even further, but as it stands, I was satisfied with the support.
