I found the explanation process fairly straightforward and the interface intuitive. The sales info was presented clearly, which helped me understand how the software and training could assist me in managing remote workflows. The sign-up flow was mostly seamless, though I wished there had been a bit more detail around some of the payment terms upfront. The invoicing was promptly generated, but clarifying those parts earlier would have made my decision easier. Aside from that, the onboarding steps and training outline were quite thorough and well structured, which I appreciated. The dialer and database features were touched upon adequately in the initial materials, so I felt prepared to begin configuring them after purchase. Overall, I think the clarity was good enough to feel confident in buying, though a small reservation about billing details prevented me from giving a perfect score.
