Overall setup: what stayed one-time and what kept requiring attention
When I started using the WFHI software, most of the setup felt like a one-off task, especially organizing the database to fit my remote workflow needs. Training sessions were useful to get introduced to the system’s capabilities, but some aspects of the dialer and calling tools needed regular tweaks, which was a bit unexpected. The automatic updates helped keep the software current without much intervention, which I appreciated. However, I noticed that telephonic support was more reactive than proactive; it’s great when you have an issue, but proactive check-ins or tips would be welcome. The sign-up and payment process was simple and well-communicated, so no issues there. One small reservation might be the occasional need to re-configure some settings, which breaks the flow. Still, I found the experience overall workable and prefer the mix of one-time setup with some ongoing adjustments, though a bit more seamlessness would improve it further.
