Overall setup took a while, but support made the wait okay yaar
Mujhe WFHI ke saath start karte waqt thoda patience rakhna pada because registration se lekar actual training start hone mein time laga. Par main samajh rahi thi ki koi bhi system jitna complex ho sakta hai, onboarding mein utna hi time lagta hoga. Support team ne jo telephonic madad di thi, woh kaafi helpful thi. Har baar jab main doubt leti thi ya steps samajhna chahti thi, toh unhone patiently explain kiya. Meri ek chhoti si pareshani thi ki kabhi kabhi response thoda slow hota tha, especially jab busy hours mein call kar rahi thi. But overall, communication effective thi aur mujhe samajh aaya ki process fully streamlined nahi hai, lekin woh is kadar supportive the ki main har baar ready ho ke training sessions mein participate kar paayi. Agar main apni friend ko bataun toh kahungi ki initially thodi wait aur thoda samay zaroor lagega, par agar tum patience rakhti ho toh WFHI team se help milti hai, aur ye experience ek positive pehlu zaroor hai.
