Overall setup felt straightforward enough, but ongoing work remains
So, I started with WFHI’s training and onboarding and honestly, the initial setup felt quite straightforward. There was a decent balance between one-time configuration and ongoing maintenance. The sign-up and invoicing process flowed nicely with not much hassle, which was a relief, considering I wasn’t sure what to expect. I really appreciated that the dialer and database features didn't ask me for constant tweaks after the initial setup – that made day-to-day work less stressful. On the other hand, I figured out pretty quickly that some parts of the training were more like guidelines to follow regularly rather than just one-off steps. That means you have to keep learning and adapting, especially as automatic updates roll in. Calling up support sometimes helped, but I didn’t want to rely on them too long. Overall, the whole experience felt pretty balanced, neither too overwhelming nor too minimal, just enough to keep things moving along nicely.
