Overall setup felt a bit of a mixed bag
When I looked into getting started with the WFHI software, it felt like there was a mix of one-off setup and ongoing requirements. The initial database setup was kind of a one-time thing, but the usage of calling tools and ongoing training seemed like it needed constant attention. The sales explanations made it clear which parts required one-off setup and which parts demanded regular maintenance, but overall the whole thing felt a bit complicated. There were aspects I liked, such as the clarity in billing and invoicing, but the learning curve for software and its features made it neither good nor bad, just something to get used to. Automatic updates improved usability but also meant some re-learning now and then. So in a phrase, the experience felt somewhat balanced, neither overly complex nor super-simple, just somewhere in the middle.
