Overall setup experience — mostly frustrating with few positives

Honestly, the entire setup and training process largely felt like a one-off burden rather than a journey of steady improvement. The initial onboarding was decent enough, with clear sign-up and invoicing steps that didn’t cause me headaches. However, once that part was done, the ongoing support and training felt inconsistent and often lacking depth. The training content covered some important points but missed reinforcing the more practical sides continuously. This made me struggle at times when trying to sort out issues myself. The software updates happened automatically, which I’ll admit was one positive aspect because I didn’t have to manually deal with patches or new versions. On the downside, day-to-day use was sometimes disrupted by bugs or unclear features. Telephonic support got mixed results; on some calls it was quick and helpful, on others I ended up waiting or repeating explanations. The database feature integrated okay into my workflow in theory, but in practice, it lacked seamlessness I had hoped for. Taking everything into account, the whole thing felt more like a patchwork of processes rather than a well-thought-out experience. I can say the initial parts were fine, but the ongoing care and detail were poor. After investing time and money, I expected a more structured and smoother journey for setting up remote workflows with WFHI.
